. >>Mapping companies to match the requirements and generate database of potential candidates through personal interactions and references.
.>> Searching for candidates in own database, Internet: using job portals like Naukri.com, references, head hunting etc
.>> Maintain complete employees information such as personnel details, family details, qualification, previous experience details etc.
.>> Interview details
. >>Maintains all clients list & their requirements relating to their companies
. >>Ask for clients regarding status,shortlisting,joining of candidates
. >>Complete information regarding job interviews.
. >>Contacts to all HR Manager for information through telephone or via mails.
. >>Check all administration work .
